Adam Currier

Owner of Generational Roofing

As a husband and father of four, family is at the center of everything Adam does, both in home and business. At his core, Adam is driven not only to provide quality craftsmanship to his community, but also to set an example for his kids. This is more than just roofing. It’s the continuation of a multi-generational story, where a trade became a family tradition.

The Currier family has been contributing to their community for over eighty years and across three generations. With his dad retiring in 2025, Adam stepped forward with more than twenty years of hands-on experience, ready to expand the legacy of honest, dependable, and high-quality service.

Rooted in generations of tradition and shaped by his modern vision, Generational Roofing was born. His mission is simple: to continue protecting Florida’s most valuable assets. When he’s not on a job site, you’ll find Adam spending time with his family, working on the family ranch, or simply enjoying the perks of living in Florida.

Krista Currier

Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)

A Fort Myers native through and through, Krista has always had a gift for bringing people together. As Chief Happiness Officer, she channels her love of event planning and creating meaningful experiences into keeping the Generational Roofing team connected and celebrated. When she’s not planning the next team event, she’s wrangling calves at the family cattle ranch or tending to Martini Chanel, her beloved and unapologetically bougie pig. Outside of work she’s happiest baking, shopping, and making memories with her family.

Ronni Harrypersaud

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Originally from Corentyne, Guyana, Ronni knows Generational Roofing from the ground up, having spent 21 years growing from Office Administrator to CEO. She holds degrees in Finance and Marketing from FAU and an MBA from the University of Florida, and leads with a simple but powerful belief: it’s always about the people. Guided by “Many hands make light work” and “Trust, but verify,” she brings accountability, compassion, and 21 years of hard-earned perspective to every decision.

Enrique Roca

Chief Operations Officer (COO)

From Holguin, Cuba, Enrique has spent 23 years mastering the roofing industry from the ground up, opening divisions, leading operations, and building expertise across tile, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, coatings, and custom metal works. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management from the University of Texas and is certified in GAF TPO, clad metal, and coating systems, bringing both academic foundation and deep technical knowledge to his role. Taught never to quit, Enrique meets every challenge with purpose and finds his greatest reward in the relationships he builds along the way.

Melissa Lopez

Accounts Receivable / HR

Born in Jersey City, NJ, Melissa has been a cornerstone of this company since 2012 — growing alongside three generations of the business with expertise spanning Accounts Receivable, Payroll, HR, and construction safety. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she holds an Accounting degree and an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification. Driven by “Work Hard, Play Harder,” she says it best herself: “Numbers by day, people by… well, also day.”

Kathleen Mongelut

Accounts Payable

Originally from Highland Mills, NY, Kathleen brings over 35 years of accounting experience to Generational Roofing — having worked across industries including healthcare, property management, retail, and manufacturing before finding her home in roofing. Now in her 7th year in the industry, she approaches every day with gratitude and positivity, and values being part of a team built on growth, appreciation, and collaboration.

Kirsten Dzialo

Customer Experience

From Norwich, CT, Kirsten brings a combination of discipline, technical background, and genuine care to the customer experience. After 8 years serving in the U.S. Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician, she channels that same precision and reliability into every customer interaction at Generational Roofing. Making sure every customer feels informed, supported, and valued.

Celso Christensen

Warehouse & Fleet Manager

From El Paso, TX, Celso has spent 23 years growing with this company from the ground up beginning as a loading crew leader and steadily mastering every facet of the trade, from tile installation and manufacturing to roof repairs and diagnostics. Today he oversees the entire warehouse and fleet operation, bringing the kind of all-hands versatility that only comes from truly doing it all. Celso approaches every day with the belief that kindness always pays off and that there’s always something new to learn, and his career is living proof of both.

Timothy Shetler

Production & Service Manager

From Canton, Ohio, Timothy brings 35 years of hands-on roofing experience across shingles, tile, metal, and slate, backed by certifications in OSHA 30-Hour, Forklift/Lull, Drone, APOC Coating, and Plydeck. He’s passionate about new technologies and modern installation techniques, and leads by a simple principle: celebrating others leads to personal success.

Alonso Rosales

Production Manager, Fort Myers

Originally from Mexico and now based in Lehigh Acres, Alonso brings over 22 years of roofing experience, and a career built from the ground up. Starting as a tile installer and rising through the ranks to Production Manager. Certified in Plydeck, foam A/B installation, and forklift operation, he leads with persistence and a passion for finding solutions to even the most complex roofing challenges, finding his greatest satisfaction in the customers he serves across Southwest Florida.

Roberto Carame

Reroof & Repair Department Manager

Born in Cuba and now in Lehigh Acres, Roberto brings a ground-up understanding of roofing to his role as Reroof & Repair Department Manager. From tile installation and CDL-certified material logistics to supervising full reroof crews, his path has been built on hands-on experience, loyalty, and an eagerness to grow. Certified in APOC Coating, Plydeck application, and Forklift/Lull operation, he leads his team with the same spirit he lives by never depriving someone of hope.

Corey Vines

Estimator & Reroof Sales Manager

Born in East Orange, NJ and raised in Atlanta, Corey brings 9 years of roofing experience across new construction estimating and reroof sales. He holds an impressive range of certifications including FAA Certified Drone Pilot, APOC liquid applied, TPO, Polyglass, and Notary. Corey leads with sincerity, warmth, and faith, and considers earning a customer’s trust one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Justin Vick

Estimator

A Punta Gorda native and 4th generation Florida roofer, he brings 28 years of Southwest Florida experience and expertise in shingle, tile, metal, and low slope roofing to every customer conversation. Justin lives by “Today is a gift,” and it shows in the clarity and care he brings to helping every customer understand their options.
